Halloween is almost here! Tomorrow afternoon Take your kids over to University Village, and several store will be giving out treats starting at 4pm until 6pm. There will even be some treats for parents at a few of the stores, and costumes are strongly encouraged. 
The Seattle Musical Theater will be hosting a Halloween make-up event, where theater experts will be face painting children ages 2-12 by appointment from 3-5:30pm, and the Magnuson Community Center in Laurelhurst. Their services are free, but donations are certainly welcome.
